Red White and Blueberry

in 1 - 2 - 3!   For a last minute, very unexpected  guest I whipped up a quickie dessert that I always make for Memorial Day and throughout the summer.  I baked my biscuits (with help from Betty C., you all know Betty.  I know, I know but I am a Northern girl), and brushed a little cream on top with a sprinkling of sugar.

I whipped up some cream with a little vanilla and tossed in blueberries and strawberries.  It took very little time and effort and I even managed to snap a couple of photos.

I hope you are enjoying the weather, and the weekend, and remembering our veterans, here and abroad, living and deceased.

I am joining  The Tablescaper for Seasonal Sundays and Designs by Gollum for Foodie Friday.  I am Janie-come-lately, but I hate to miss these fun things.

xo,
