Definitely, a trick!

Leaves just barely started to change color and wham!!!

I was so excited to see a couple of pink roses in my back yard, they were entwined in my fig tree, which is now on the ground from the heavy wet snow!

Mother Nature definitely is playing a trick on us for Halloween!

Sharing this with a Southern Daydreamer for Outdoor Wednesday.

  9. Oh no, this is such a treat! Or rather, it would be for me. I love snow!!! Your pink rose looked pretty dusted in white. I'm sure it didn't stay pretty long, though. I know how snow and rose blooms mix -- not at all! :)

  19. Barbara, today we have had rain, then ice pellets, and now wet snow...they always say if you don't like the weather in Nova Scotia wait a second and it will change! That's pretty realistic today! Happy Halloween!

  20. Boy you are right mother nature is playing tricks! My son lives in West Chester, PA and they've been out of power for 24 hours how. It's pretty unbelieveable to see the East coast getting snow before us up here in Northern Michigan!! The good thing is it will be gone in now time! We got our first hard frost two nights ago so my plants are done now! Hope things improve quickly for you!
