It's inevitable

Hi all - I edited this post to avoid any more confusion that this is a calorie laden concoction - it is a protein shake mix, low-glycemic, lots of vitamins and minerals!  Visit www.Shaklee.com to learn more about the product.

I still crave a snack some time during the day

It is sooo cold, yet I find my self immersed in thoughts of

And dare I say

Incongruous really, or just plain insane.  But-- I am a former Girl Scout so I am prepared

Cinch is from Shaklee Corporation and can be ordered thru their site
Just put 2 scoops in 1 cup of low fat milk (I added 1 cup of ice cubes).

Low-fat milk is good to help keep skin firm.

I also tried to be artistic with chocolate syrup.

Immensely satisfying.  Almost instant gratification.  Imagine, I actually did something good for me!

Join me over at Jenny Matlock's Alphabe-Thursday, where this week's letter is the innocuous Letter I!

  18. I remember when weight watchers told you to drink low fat milk to firm the skin. I wonder if they still do?
I am still mad at them for making their yogurt cup 2 points instead of one! Bummer!

  19. Oh, BTW, I checked a little box on Between Naps comment section and I had 100 comments emailed to me!! They were all for her! It's that new feature. Now why would I want to read all those comments from her blog?

  30. Hi Barbara,

First of all, thanks so much for leaving comments on my blog. That certainly makes blogging extra special! :)

That seems to be a great alternative to ice-cream after all. Yummy! :)

Are you interested in winning a white cotton T-shirt with a pink heart and the words I ♥ Oktoberfest in size L? Then come over to my blog until Sunday, 22nd January, and leave a comment here.

What about having a look at my Advent and Christmas and getting an impression of Munich's Christmas market ? Moreover, you can see some frosty weather photos and pictures from a walk around my neighborhood on January 1st. Finally, there are photos of New Year's Eve . Of course, comments are welcome -- it's always great to hear what you think!

    Have a wonderful 2012,

  41. I do love frosties, smoothies, shakes - especially the coffee flavored ones. My husband has concocted a peanut butter smoothie recipe with berries/fruit/whey protein powder/skim milk. It tastes pretty rich, but stays with you really good. I have to think of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to be able to drink it!
