Eyes are the mirror to the soul......

I have been busier than usual lately and not able to focus on my blog.  I have been spending a lot of time with this guy

And taking care of business

Starting spring cleaning a few weeks ahead of schedule

Stocking the freezer and pantry as I won't be driving for several weeks (including 18 pounds of bird seed)

Although I will not be going to a sunny destination, these will be necessary.  And my computer will be off limits for several days as my eyes heal from corrective surgery

No, it won't turn my brown eyes blue, but hopefully it will help with peripheral vision and reading

I will be going through serious withdrawal from Blogland, Twitter, and Pinterest.   That sounds silly, but unfortunately, it is true!  But I will be back to my regular posting schedule as soon as I get the OK from my doctor.   I also will have a new giveaway for my One Year Blogaversary on March 11th.

The procedure is scheduled for Tuesday, the 28th.   I am already starting to miss you guys!

  1. I hope your eye surgery goes well, Barbara, and you are back to your computer very soon. House cleaning and taxes - two of my least favorite things.
