Sandy's 'Almost' Here


Storm surge (Verrazano Bridge in background, closed).  Just about everything is closed.   Less than two hours until landfall.

    In Japan also news shows told us about the Sandy. They say New York city is a bit vulnerable for the storm!

  17. My husband in Northern VA was told not to come in to work today and tomorrow. Lots of rain and loss of power, but it is back on. that is a scary picture of that big wave of water! Be safe! Joni
