Once again we gather over at Vee's blog, A Haven for Vee, to share our favorite four photos. I almost could not find four photos that I liked enough to even consider making a note card out of them. But here are my choices.
Christmas Scents
Some Oldie Ornaments
Everybirdy's welcome on my tree
Oh Holy Night
Please spend some time visiting the lovely ladies who link up. Hope you are getting things done and finding time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Season. xo
Everybirdy's welcome...so clever! They all speak warmth and Christmas joy to me. Thanks so much for participating. Reaching out and doing things is so important for us all just now. BTW, I need some holiday scents around here. Probably ought to go tipping today just to get some.
Fun glimpses of your home, Barbara! I love that you added the bell to your bowl of potpourri to add a festive touch. I also like the little cookie sheet ornament on your tree...all my girls like to bake, and we have several baking themed ornaments on our own tree.
Your golden birdie is just beautiful! I love that sparkle mixed with feathers. =) You angels are so pretty. Angels in candlelight just radiate Christmas!
I was wishing that your first photo was a scratch n' sniff. I love the scents of Christmastime and I like how you added that jingle bell to the bowl. The birdie is adorable. This would make a very pretty set of note cards.
HI Barbara! I love your pretty snaps and all are very much card worthy. I always love your visits, Barbara, and with you and your family a Merry Christmas. Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
What do you mean you couldn't find any you liked? I thought they were all great, especially that O Holy Night one. And the "Everybirdy's welcome" cracked me up.
Well I'm glad you decided to participate, Barbara. The Note Card Party wouldn't be the same without you! These are all so nice -- I think maybe the second and the last one are my favorites. It's always hard to choose. :)
Hi Barbara, These are lovely notecards! I really like the golden bird and your other shot of the tree, as well as the last photo with the lit candles. We are getting a blizzard tonight/tomorrow. I don't know if we're sending it on your way or not. I hope not, especially for those still trying to recover from Hurricane Sandy. Anyway, I will be "nesting" tomorrow (well, after I blow the snow!). A good book and a fire in the fireplace and a pot of tea. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Christmas blessings, Beth
I love your golden birdy.
